mellan 7 maj -18 september erbjuds besökare möjlighet att beskåda couture-plagg för scen,bröllop och fest från Lars Wallins prisade karriär som designer. Utställningen är en hyllning till hanverket-Handens intelligens

Fashion Stories at Prince Eugen´s Waldemarsudde in Stockholm 
Between  May 7 -18 September offers visitors the opportunity to look at couture garments for the stage, wedding and special occasions from Lars Wallin´s winning career as a designer. 
The  exhibition is a tribute to craftmanship-Hand intelligence

 -Lars säger att han har haft förmånen att bygga en karriär på någonting han älskar att göra och varje plagg har en historia som han gärna delar med sig av. Att få ställa ut ett axplock av mitt livsverk på prins Eugens Waldemarsudde efter blott 20 år som verksma designer känns närmast overkligt och jag hoppas att besökarna blir inspirerade av mitt arbete, säger en förväntasfull Lars Wallin.






 Lars says he has the privilege to build a ceree in something he loves to do and each garment has a story that he is happy to share. To exhibit a selection of my life´s work at prince Eugens Waldemarsudde after only 20 years as a designer feels almost unreal, and I hope that visitors will be inspired by my work, syas an expected full, Lars Wallin.

På söndag kommer jag att visa bilder från mitt privata kamera album med mera klänningar från utställningen samt min intervju med Lars Wallin, visste ni att 1997 då lars Wallin skapade en klänning till Miss World belönades den med priset Världens vackraste Miss World klänning.

Fashion Stories is a Swedish fashion TREASURE beyond compare.
On sunday I will present Lars Wallin as *The Sunday Profile* and show you pictures from the exchibition from my private camera album. When Lars Wallin create a Miss World dress in 1997, it was it was awarded the prize of the world´s most beautiful Miss World Gowns. 

Dress No 1, The PINK dress was worn by artist Wei Wei at the Olympics Closing Cermony 2008, Photographer Brendan Austin.
Dress No 2, the Yellow dress was created or the Heering liqueur drink -and couture show at Raffles Hotel in Singapore ,2007.Photo Brendan Austin

While the world is still speculating about the design of  Kate Middleton’s wedding dress by Sarah Burton, lets take a moment to look at the royal
wedding dresses of  princesses of the past.

First out Princess Diana

Princess Margaret wedding dress was designed by Norman Hartnell who was a royal dressmaker for Queen Elisabeth-

.The bling went on her head in the form a of the famous Poltimore Tiara. Commissioned in 1870 for lady Poltimore, the tiara was bought at auction especially for Margret.

Mette-marit of Norway wore a simple long-sleeved gown designed by Norwedian designer Ove Harde Finseth. Her only accessories were a tiara and vintage veil. very feminie shape.

Princess Martha-Louise of Norway wore a weddingdress design by Wenche Lyche when she married Mr Ari Behn in 2002.

Crown princess Victora of Sweden wore a elegant beautiful wedding gown design by Swedish designer Pär Engsheden  when she married Mr Daniel Westling in 2010.

Prince Daniel's speech to his expectant wife was one of the most beautiful and romantic imaginable. He held it alternately in Swedish and in English, you can read for yourself this what he said in English, the number is far as attaching the link can you translate themselves. wonderfully loving
