As always, last week's Frugal Friday linky had plenty of inspiration to go around.

Here are a few of my favorites.

Tinsel & Co. shared her fabulous Anthro-inspired bathroom makeover. I loved just about everything in that little room!

Jennifer Rizzo shared a lovely caned headboard makeover. So pretty!!

And I had to share this little monster cake by Views from my Window because it is quite possibly the cutest cake I've ever seen.

Finally, Little Blue Prints shared a darling way to display her boys' silhouettes. Love, love, love this!

And speaking of silhouettes (this just happens to be coincidental...I promise) my Silhouette digital cutter giveaway is still open. If you haven't had a chance to enter, scroll down to yesterday's post. You'll be glad you did.

Starting next week, I'll be moving the Linky Love post to Thursday to give you all a couple of extra days to enjoy the Frugal Friday links (or to link up to the party yourself.) I'm also changing the name from Linky Love to Frugal Round-up. Just like it better. And finally, I'm toying with the idea of posting the Frugal Friday post a couple of hours earlier on Thursday night...say 10 pm EST? So keep your eye out for that as well.

Welcome to another edition of Linky Love. As I was pouring over last week's Frugal Friday links, I noticed a bit of a theme. And what theme is that, Wendy? You ask.

Well, I noticed that many of my amazingly creative readers were using unexpected materials in their projects this last week. So today, I wanted to share a few of these...

First up, Cottage Hill made a super-fabulous, custom headboard out of plywood. Yep, plywood. But it sure doesn't look like plywood. Check it out for yourself.

Next, Less Than Perfect Life of Bliss shared her thrift-store coffee table remake using sheet metal! I just love a metal table, so I'm putting this one on my list of honey-do's.

This next project is one of those you-have-to-see-it-to-believe-it projects from An Oregon Cottage. It's a floor treatment made with Kraft paper. Yep. Kraft paper. And she swears it wears well. I think it's unexpectedly fabulous.

In My Own Style shared her creative version of the ultra popular subway art craze...using shopping bags. This one should appeal to the fashionista in all of us!

And finally, Twice Lovely used a vintage flight poster to inspire this super darling dresser redo. An aviator bedroom set perfect for the little guy in your life. This was just too fabulous. You know how I love to decorate children's rooms! There's some serious dresser envy going on at The Shabby Nest right now.

What would you think if I said that I didn't find many interesting posts from last week's Frugal Friday?

Well, I hope you would say "Who are you? And what have you done with Wendy?"

Freckled Laundry shared a wonderful organization station! That girl is just so full of great ideas!

Jones Design Co. shared her absolutely amazing painted wallpaper. L.O.V.E. x 100 to the 3rd power.

Grams shared her Ballard Design-inspired laundry drying rack. I'm gonna have to make me one of these. I've been coveting that rack forever!

And finally, Dirt Cheap Decor shared a fabulous bedroom redo. Lovin' the reclaimed door headboard.

It's getting harder and harder for me to narrow down what I'm going to share from all of the fabulous Frugal Friday link-ups. Last week's Frugal Friday was the biggest to date! And with so many amazing projects to see, it took me a little longer than usual to get this post together.

Hand Me Down House made a clever clock...such a fun way to use old frames!

Fresh Poppy Design shared a pretty glittered starfish centerpiece. I just love me some glitter!

Little Bits of Bliss shared her uber-fantastic fireplace redo. Love. it. too. much.

The Lola Letters shared a darling modern nursery makeover. Fresh. Clean. Simple.

Another great idea for painter's drop cloths from Fresh Fossil.

And last but not least, a beachy telephone chair makeover from Memoirs of The Shoe Obsessed!

Wow!! Last week's Frugal Friday party was amazing!! So many wonderful projects you all shared...and tons of great furniture redos (especially hutches this week...you all must be on the same wavelength). I had a great time looking through the posts, and a really hard time narrowing down what I was going to share with you today.

That said, here are a few of my favorites from last week...

First up, Primitive and Proper shared a pretty French cabinet redo...you know I love me some gray furniture.

And speaking of gray furniture, Twice Lovely rehabbed a pretty old sideboard. Love it!

Beautiful Nest shared her painted vinyl kitchen floor. Such a great idea!

One of the amazing hutch redos from last week was shared by The Bethencourts. I ADORE this hutch. Want. it. too. much.

And finally, Edge Designs shared an entertainment armoire turned charming changing station. What a darling idea!!

Next, Rooted in Love shared a DIY kitchen counter and backsplash makeover. And get this, she used spraypaint. No seriously. You HAVE to see this transformation to believe it!!

Michele at The White House wanted a shabby chic church pew for her house...so she modified a thrifted bench. That's my kind of girl!!

And finally, Jami at Freckled Laundry shared her faux zinc nightstand. Loved it! This is now on my to-do list.

Finally, Jami from The Blackberry Vine shared a darling photo project...framed photo confetti. I'm always game for a new way to display photos, and this one is quite clever.

Howdy y'all!! Welcome to this week's edition of Linky Love...

Yesterday was Mr. One's 10th Birthday party...and I'm still standing...well sitting at my computer...and able to blog...so I think that counts as a success. Actually, the party was great! All of Mr. One's peeps had a wonderful time...and he's happy...so I'm happy. I'll share some of the party details with you all tomorrow.

So now to get on with what you really want to see today...

First up, you must know by now how much I love entertaining. So I loved the fun placecard ideas shared by Life in Wonderland. My favorite? This etched sand art bottle. So cute (and EASY!) This could easily be adapted to any holiday or color scheme.

Next, La Maison Reid shared the sweetest wing chair slipcover...I especially loved the button detail on the back.

Impatiently Praying for Patience shared a sassy no-sew table skirt. Love the summer-y colors...and anything that is no-sew is great in my book. ;-)

Finally, 4 monkeys shared a tres fabulous dresser make over. Ooh la la! This one is dreamy. Le sigh.
