This I love...Green Edition~

I have been developing a real appreciation lately for "green" design. And one of my favorite aspects is the use of reclaimed and found objects. After all, what is more "green" than recycling? Then as I was visiting one of my favorite design blogs the other day, I ran across this amazing image from Restoration Hardware.

This incredible table is made from salvaged wood. I repeat...salvaged wood. Are you salivating yet? I am.

I spent some time perusing the Restoration Hardware site, and I was enamoured with their latest collections.

This mirror stopped me in my tracks...again made from reclaimed wood.

Okay, no salvaged wood in this room..but isn't it dreamy?

In this room, I adore the rolling rack made from reclaimed timber...I love adding a little bit of an industrial feel to a space. This rack accomplishes that, without making you feel like you just walked onto the factory floor.

And finally, I think I found the perfect solution to my coffee table quandary. Actual vintage furniture factory carts. These are straight from the factory floor circa early 1900's.

But used just right, doesn't it look amazing?? Swoon.

Have a great Thursday~
