Been there, done that , do this�!!!
Long story short. I am not sure if its illegal , but surly it is questionable and could make your immigrations issues complicated.
I contemplated a lot when I developed the iPhone App. Looking at the number of downloads now , I could have made good money �. but could have been at the cost of some complications. With 485 pending I did not wanted to land into another delay�!!!
So play it safe for now�keep it as free.
For those interested in iPhone programming resources�..iTunes has lots of podcast. Stamford podcasts are my favorite.

I would like to find out if anybody here heard of H1B denial due to lack of MASTERS DEGREE IN PHYSICAL THERAPY.
When I first read the notice of denial from USCIS I couldnt believe it. I satosfy all of the requirements stated on the letter to practice as a PT (specialty occupation) until I read a portion in OCCUPATIONAL OUTLOOK HANDBOOK (OOH) 2008-2009 (on the same notice) which stated that it requires a masters degree in PT as an entry level to practice PT.
Ive been preacticing in the US as a licensed Physcial therapist for almost 5 years. I decided to have my H1B transfered to another employer and I got denied---for the above reasons. Im devastated. And now I have to stop working in 2 days---go back to my old employer and go home when my visa expires or I dont know...there is no paln B for now.

One question on the bullet below: Does the calculation assume that all 140K visa numbers can be used towards all pending applications, irrespective of country limits. I thought the country limit is going to make the situation much worse.

Yes file the G-28 forms as well..thats what i did too..

I just called them and checked the dish network site I do not see anything like that :confused:
For telugu audience I am aware of 2 such providers. telugumagictv and reliableiptv. I have not tried either. I would have tried them if they had both Hindi and Telugu channels. Does anyone know of an IPTV provider who has both Hindi and Telugu channels. One more thing, the above mentioned 2 provide the STB that can also act as a media player to play all kinds of media from your external USB drive. But I already have WDTV at home.

In case of NOC codes you can only try to make sure you have same / similar duties , In case of parent labor you can see your Job code but not the new one. This is what i think , try to make justification on Job duties ...

I called USCIS #1800-375-5283 option:1,2,2,6,2,2,1 and informed me to use the new forms and should be mailed to new mailing addresses. As per new forms, I have to file I-765 and I-131 on two different locations. I am now confused?

Basic purpose of our forum is to create awareness/educate legal Immigrants so that they can get help for there cause at the same time we get some help from them to push forward this movement. Recently we are seeing big inflow of queries because economy is bad our brother and sisters getting in deep trouble.
How we can voice our concern in this bad time key is to find the solution.
My thoughts on this................
1) Get the help from our Indian/Chinese community on all levels like city, state and national level.
2) We will run advertisement campaign about, who we are and where we stand. This adv. could be air on Lue's show or even on other popular shows...
3) We need lobbying in congress .I know we have this in this place but we can show our strength through legal Indian/Chinese Immigrant plus Indian/Chinese American citizen then we got big weight in our plate.
4) To get all of the above and may be more we need Money and Man power to execute this.
How we can voice our concern in this bad time key is to find the solution.
